2024 Scotch Broom Challenge

SYRCL will be leading a Scotch Broom Challenge adjacent to Mountain Bounty Farm, a farm that works closely with the Bear Yuba Land Trust (BYLT), on Friday, March 29th, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. 

Why get involved? Because we're all about the power of teamwork and science-backed action! Scotch broom might seem harmless, but it's wreaking havoc on our native plants and cranking up the fire danger in our communities. By pitching in, you're not just pulling weeds – you're making a real difference in protecting our precious ecosystems.
